Our Founders PM Custom Catering’s owners, Katy and John Houchin were born and raised in Bakersfield. Katy graduated from West High School and John from Omega High School. Katy is no stranger to food and serving others. She has spent most of her life preparing and serving meals through church and other service organizations. She and her husband John previously owned and operated The Pizza Market Restaurant for 14 years and have added full service catering to their plate in the last five years. They have two very active kids who will no doubt find their way into this business. Our Chef Bennett Rosenberg is our chef and he brings years of experience in the food service industry to our team. As owner and operator of his own restaurant and catering business he has catered to celebrities such as Tina Turner, Faith Hill and Tim McGraw and the professional sports organizations, Bakersfield Condors and Bakersfield Blitz. Bennett's culinary skills are extensive and he is dedicated to our clients and their needs. Our Staff In addition to our full time staff, PM Custom Catering is proud to have very dedicated part time servers who enjoy being apart of making events truly special. They are truly passionate about what they do and feel blessed by having a positive influence on the events that they serve.
