Katy and the PM Custom Catering team do an amazing job at our wedding receptions. Their food and service are just wonderful. She always puts on a first class event. I would rate her as the best caterer in Bakersfield. She has a nice combination of food choices. If the bride and groom want chicken, Katy will have 20 different ways to prepare it. One time at a Western event a bit far out of town, she suggested that we serve hors d'oeuvres at the end of the function and it was a big hit. Talking about the end of the evening.... if PM Custom Catering is doing the cleaning, the place will look better than when we got there! They are great!
